Quality

As a brand supplier, we would like to see our end consumers satisfied with the quality and functionality of our products.

 

To ensure this, we conduct a range of tests before new articles enter production. In the selection of the materials, we pay attention to ensuring that these materials meet the high expectations of the given product.

 

None of our products leave the production site in question without receiving a positive result in the quality control conducted in accordance with internationally recognised standards.

 

To ensure the greatest possible objectivity, we let the outgoing quality controls fundamentally be conducted by a neutral party. For many years, we have successfully collaborated in this area with the internationally recognised company Bureau Veritas, which specialises in such controls.

 

Despite constant controls before, during and after production, there can unfortunately be an error here and there in rare exceptional cases. That is human and unavoidable. If you happen to catch a "rotten egg," please contact your retailer and give the article a second chance.

Product philosophy

Whenever we introduce one of our new product categories, we want to be 100 percent sure that we are offering added value - and thus a serious alternative to the articles already available on the market. Such added value can be defined in different ways. Articles can distinguish themselves through 

 

  • their special innovative character, such as our charcoal grills BBQ100S and BBQ300S
  • particular efficiency through technical complexity, such as our cooking set with alcohol burner CS2350HA, or
  • simple, but useful added value, like the extra cup in the covers of our vacuum flasks with ideal heat storage capability.

 

Functionality, quality and a good price-performance ratio are naturally also the focus of such developments.

 

And one other important thing: We also listen very carefully when users and customers give us good advice on our articles - and this is how several valuable suggestions have already been implemented in our products.
